I run a successful Hypnotherapy Practice in Usk and Cwmbran, where I am dedicated to enabling my clients to make the changes they require, in order to lead the lives they wish to live.

Having trained at The Clifton Practice, Bristol, I use Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT) as my main approach. SFBT has the advantage of being brief, as the name suggests and an effective and powerful tool for enabling clients to manifest their desired changes. When we are in full control of our lives, we feel ‘like ourselves’. We are calm, confident, happy and can take life in our stride. Sometimes circumstances conspire to throw us off balance and we lose sight of our ‘real selves’. This is when self-destructive behaviours, unhelpful habits, anxiety, depression and a host of other unwanted conditions may creep in. If this has happened to you, I can help you to regain that all-important sense of self once more.

As well as hypnotherapy, I use elements of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to bring about fast, long-lasting change. All therapeutic programmes are tailored to client’s individual needs. Everyone is different, and so, therefore, are their requirements. With individually focussed therapy, significant positive change can be introduced and maintained.
